As a keen sportsman and former professional tennis coach, Elliot has a strong grounding in biomechanical analysis and rehabilitation principles. He couples this with the specialist knowledge that he has gained from his degree (which he earned with distinction), as well as from his work in a specialist pain clinic in London's prestigious Harley Street, to create a comprehensive, patient centred approach to Osteopathy which he can tailor to a diverse patient base. Elliot's approach has been described as "the best bits of osteopathy and physiotherapy all rolled into one".

Joseph earned his masters degree in Osteopathy with distinction, and uses an integrative approach of structural and cranial treatment principles. He has trained and competed in a variety of sports, and worked for years in different clinics developing his expertise in treating a range of acute and chronic conditions. He believes in applying a modern approach of evidence based exercise interventions, along side more traditional structural and cranial techniques, depending on the individual needs of the patient.
