Elliot and Joseph met at University, and formed a strong friendship based on their many shared interests. Both grew up playing competitive sport, with Joseph specialising in swimming, martial arts and gymnastics, while Elliot focused more on tennis, golf and cricket. This, combined with a shared love for the gym, gave both of them a strong foundation in sports and exercise rehabilitation, which they then combined with some elements of traditional osteopathy to create a modern, evidence based take on the profession.
