Missed Appointments and Late Cancellation Policy

At The Sevenoaks Clinic, we strive to provide timely appointments to accommodate your needs. To ensure the efficient operation of our clinic and respect for our practitioners' time, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but your cooperation helps us maintain a high standard of service for all our patients.

Appointment Rescheduling

We maintain a waiting list for patients in need of urgent care. In the event that you need to change or cancel your appointment, please consider that your appointment slot may be offered to a patient in need of immediate attention. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to provide adequate notice, allowing us to accommodate urgent cases and effectively manage our clinic schedule.

No-Show, Late Arrival, or Short Notice Cancellation

In cases where you do not attend your appointment, forget your appointment, arrive more than 20 minutes late, or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge you for the total cost of the appointment. This policy is in place because our practitioners have already allocated their valuable time for your session.

Additionally, we may request advance payment for your next scheduled session to secure your appointment.

Understanding Special Circumstances

We understand that life can present unexpected challenges, accidents can occur, and urgent situations may arise. We approach each case with empathy and careful consideration.
